What should I expect at a spa for the first time?

Your first spa experience at Stephanies® will be welcoming and relaxing from the moment you arrive. Upon arrival, you'll complete a brief consultation form about your health, preferences, and treatment goals. Your therapist will review this with you privately before your treatment begins. You'll be shown to a tranquil changing area where you can change into a plush robe and slippers. During your treatment, you'll be professionally draped for privacy and comfort. Your therapist will communicate throughout to ensure your comfort level with pressure and temperature. After your treatment, you'll have time to relax, enjoy refreshments, and ease back into your day. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete paperwork and settle in.

What do I wear to a spa treatment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to and from the spa, as you'll want to feel relaxed before and after your treatment. For the treatment itself, you'll disrobe to your comfort level - most guests undress completely for body treatments and massages, as therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout.
